We had a great experience for our wedding at the hotel and were very happy with the service and accommodation. Everyone from the Hilton team is always friendly and helpful, especially Giulia, our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We especially appreciated her assistance in planning our reception as well as timeline of the day. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. We received a lot of compliments from our guests. Special thanks to Sree who managed the event on the day and make sure everything was on track. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the city and it was pleasant to stay at the hotel including our family. Really disappointed with the location of our room during our recent stay. We paid for the upgrade to a twin guest room river view - only for it to have partial river views which was obscured by a very large rooftop of a next door restaurant/rowing club. The photos online show fantastic river views, however the view from our room on the 3rd floor was really disappointing. It was a Sunday night, the hotel didn't look busy (it was quiet at breakfast too) so why put guests in that room when their are surely other twin rooms with better river views. Very disappointed especially considering it was my birthday!

Excellent 2 night stay, room was very comfortable, clean and had fantastic river views. The staff are friendly with brilliant customer service skills. Trung who is overseeing the breakfast buffet is exceptional, his wonderful personality shines through to every guest he greets. The hotel location is perfect for taking a cruise on the Swan, we took the Captain Cook buffet lunch cruise to Fremantle which is a great 3 hours on the river. Thoroughly recommend the Double tree Hilton, Elizabeth Quay.

Great location, well appointed rooms, delicious breakfast and attentive staff. Love the lighting options in the room. A special shout out to dining supervisor, Trung, who takes the time to explain the breakfast food stations to all guests, and who understands the importance of gluten-free food being separate from the general food.
